A food-shopping companion that scans packaged products and ranks them on the shelf. Nutri-Score and NOVA classification, dietary preference filters, and whole-basket analysis for healthier choices.

The challenge.
Comparing two packaged foods in a supermarket aisle means reading two ingredient lists and knowing what to do with them. Most shoppers give up on the spot and buy on habit, and the products that would actually suit their diet never get found.

Our approach.
We built a scanning app for iOS and Android that turns the label into a decision. Products are scored on Nutri-Score and on NOVA processing class, ranked against comparable items on the same shelf, and filtered against the shopper’s own criteria, split into mandatory and preferred: vegan, vegetarian, organic, fair trade. A basket view scores the whole shop rather than one item at a time.

A shopper points a phone at a shelf and gets a ranked answer in seconds, with the reasoning shown on screen rather than collapsed into a single opaque grade.
