Oneplan
Full-stack Flutter build for a South African health and pet insurer, in the hands of 100K+ users. Claim card management, day-to-day benefit loading, GAP claims, and document submission in app.
Members had to call or email for the everyday things: checking what a plan actually covered, loading a benefit before a vet or doctor visit, and chasing a claim once it was in. The urgent ones always came up at the worst moment, standing in a waiting room.
We built the app end to end in Flutter for iOS and Android, against the insurer’s existing policy and card systems. Members load a day-to-day health or pet benefit onto their Oneplan Claim Card in about a minute, open a GAP claim and upload the supporting documents without leaving the app, and manage the card itself: virtual card, balances, transactions, PIN reset, and cancelling a card that has been lost or stolen.
Health, pet and GAP now sit in one app for 100K+ members, with the card, the claim and the policy in the same place instead of across three channels.
