Full-stack Flutter build for a South African health and pet insurer. Claim card management, day-to-day benefit loading, GAP claims, and document submission in app.

The challenge.
Members had to call or email for the everyday things: checking what a plan actually covered, loading a benefit before a vet or doctor visit, and chasing a claim once it was in. The urgent ones always came up at the worst moment, standing in a waiting room.

Our approach.
We built the app end to end in Flutter for iOS and Android, against the insurer’s existing policy and card systems. Members load a day-to-day health or pet benefit onto their Oneplan Claim Card in about a minute, open a GAP claim and upload the supporting documents without leaving the app, and manage the card itself: virtual card, balances, transactions, PIN reset, and cancelling a card that has been lost or stolen.

The outcome.
Health, pet and GAP now sit in one app for its members, with the card, the claim and the policy in the same place instead of across three channels.
